I only rated one star because there is no other way to respond! This is the worst, absolutely worst, vendor and internet transaction I have ever, ever had! The item was not as advertised, it was the incorrect size. I had to takes pictures of measurements to prove the item was wrong, photoed the UBC label, but that wasn't good enough (the simple fact that I was not satisfied and that their product was wrong and proved it by taking my time to photo measurements should have been all that was necessary - and that was too much - to authorize a return). They finally conducted an inventory of their products and discovered that their product was marked wrong (duah!) before they authorized a return. I had to wait over ten days to receive a return label by mail. Overall, I have wasted way over a month waiting on these people and have had to purchase another product. I paid my money upon order and and received nothing in return, but the worst service.This will make me re-think making purchases from Amazon.
