We switched to rubber toes a year ago. I haven’t gotten these because tough 1 is normally cheap crap. Well let me tell you. I’ve had 2 horses set back and this thing hasn’t broke. It’s stretched but held. The other brand breaks at the lightest thought of hard work. Recommend!! This time it’s not cheap!

My dog keeps chewing through his leash when tied at the groomer.I took them a Tough 1 Rubber Trailer Tie that was in my tack room. And, it works great!! I just have to remind the groomer to put it on him, since this is not their normal routine. :)

This review is mostly for information purposes. I purchased this to hang the hay net for my horse, who is a mild cribber. Unfortunately, he destroyed it in one night. My recommendation is to strictly use this as designed, because strong pulling will cause it to break in half (which probably would be a great thing in case of emergency in a trailer).The good thing for me is that the clips are, on the other hand, very sturdy and I've been able to repurpose them.
