It’s great for its size!! Doesn’t get super hot in the middle if you put 2 towels in but it still makes it warmer. Overall makes us happy.. also needs atleast 20 minutes for warming too

After 2 months of use, unit shut off mid use and wouldn’t turn back on. Of course, it’s outside the return/refund window. Wouldn’t recommend.

Towel warmer is great. My towel is good and warm when I take it out to dry myself. The only thing I wish is that it had different settings other than 20 minutes and 40 minutes, etc. it would be nice if it had five minute increments instead, so you could customize it

One star for looks and having handle to carry and being light weight and shuts off automatically. However, it does not heat up well. I used different size towels and even the smallest was not warm enough, the middle one in between other towels doesn’t absorb any sort of heat and was the worst. Since it is a good size they should remanufacture this with a temperature control options that user can select how high wants to increase the heat. I think it was automatically taking it above 200 but it was like a joke because it didn’t feel even 100!

This is a favorite new item in our home! It is great to have a warm towel after a morning shower when the room temperature is still cool! It has practical features such as a cord wrap on the bottom, child safety lock, and automatic shutoff if the temperature gets too hot. I also like that it can be time set to turn on within 24 hours and has set warming lengths of 20 to 60 minutes. Awesome!
