Bought this 6 months ago. It worked great until now. Won’t heat up at all. Now it’s just a towel rack. I would expect this to last longer for the price.Update: I notified the company that my towel rack stopped working and was told a replacement would be sent. It arrived quickly. I greatly appreciated the quick response to handle my issue.

Great item, easy to assemble. Takes a bit longer to get warm than expected. But overall lightweight, useful and would buy again.

It appeared that it has been returned as the packaging was all askew and other obvious things. The cord on this thing is really short AND it only holds one towel!

This could be the perfect towel warmer but it just doesn't get warm enough. (155 is not very warm.) Sad because it's perfect otherwise. I didn't return it as it's a hassle to pack up and return.

It's OK if you need a child size towel warmer. It only holds one towel, two if you don't mind the second one laying half on the floor.

This was pretty easy to put together and set up. I really like that this towel warmer comes with a shelf to sit stuff off. The size is perfect and it does work as intended. I’ve never used a towel warmer before so was expecting it to get a lot warmer than it does but it might just be normal. The only downside for me is that it just doesn’t get the towel very warm at all.
