It is really easy to install and does the job. Towels dry quicker and a warm towel when you get out of the shower feels just great.It feels warmer than expected so I can also use it to hang thick bath towels and even multiple towels at once. Love it.

After assembling the warmer we could not make sense of the directions. They are printed in broken English and make very little sense. In addition, the timer is not something that can be set to turn on and off at a scheduled time. What they mean by timer is that you can push a button to tell it how long to warm (i.e. how many hours you want it on), but not set it by a clock to turn on/off at a particular time.
