Went together easily and quickly but right from the start, the cars were getting stuck around the orange bends of the track. It worked fully maybe 5 times total. I tried to bend them, twist them and pull the plastic apart to make it work consistently but that didn't do much good. My son is 3 years old and since the cars very rarely seemed to make it around the corners without stopping, he lost interest within a couple of hours of trying and it now sits in his room unused. No doubt it will be the next goodwill drop off.I would say that this toy does NOT function as intended.

Do not buy! It's not Hot Wheels. It doesn't stay connected. The cars don't even move on the track. It's cheap and poorly made. Save your money!!

Despite having 50 pieces, the track is surprisingly easy to put together. My 5-year-old daughter managed to connect most parts herself. The instructions are clear, and the pieces snap into place effortlessly. It’s a great way to boost her confidence and problem-solving abilities.

As soon as I put this together, my child couldn't get enough of it! This track set provides hours of fun, thanks to its ability to be reconfigurable. Let me first back up to receiving this box in the mail. The manufacturer had the best intensions by providing a colorful photo of the item on the box, but the name of the product got lost in translation. As shown from the manufacturer's photo, the boxed product calls this a "car toy" which means this is a toy to be played in the car. If they insist on sticking with the two-word title, it should be "toy car" instead, but that really short sells what this product really is.The instructions for putting this together are written on the side panel... kind of. I found it much easier to just look at the color photo on the front and then copy the format, which I recommend you do for starting. The original setup will help you learn how much power is needed to make the cars travel the entire track and fly off the ramp at the end (which is always a huge crowd pleaser for the kids!). The entire process of snaping the tracks together and placing the stickers on took less than 10 minutes and I was happy to see they provided some extra stickers in case I made a mistake. They even provided extra stickers that I have no idea where to put them. Maybe the manufacturer did that on purpose and is laughing at me, knowing I will spend time scratching my head, left in complete puzzlement?! Stickers or no stickers, I found my kids could care less about the stickers. They just wanted to race the cars on the track.To make the car travel the full length and fly off the ramp, using the original setup as shown on the box, you must place your car on the ramp of the first loop and drag your vehicle backwards, on the track, to the starting point, then release! Get creative and reconfigure the track in numerous creative ways, remembering the length of track you will need in the beginning to power the car to travel the full length.Kids of all ages will love this. An adult that I know of (and is writing this review) has fun using it too!! Hey, who says you have to be a kid?!In all, this is a great toy that provides hours of fun. It encourages learning by enabling kids to play with configurations to discover all the different possible racing courses they can design. While kids seem to love the end of the track where the ramp enables the car to fly off the track, it kind of scares me at the same time.... just praying there isn't anything breakable in the way of the flying car! You can always take the ramp off at the end if this is a concern, but that would be like celebrating Christmas without any toys! ...don't be a grinch; leave the ramp on!!If I could make any changes to this item, I wouldn't. Instead, I would change the box it came in. As stated earlier, this is not a "car toy" but instead "toy cars" with tracks and loops and stickers and a whole lot of fun to go with it! Maybe if you gift this to another child, the parents can get a laugh out of the 'lost in translation' on the box.I recommend this to anyone who loves their child. Buying this product will cause your child's daily frown to change into a smile. You may notice giggles and laughs of excitement. The redness of your childs eyes, caused by the glare of a tv or computer screen may go away from excessive use of this product. Your child may even love you more. Child protective services may give your child back to you. Just try it! you will love it like I do (and you can pretend you did it for your child). No one has to know all the hours you spend playing with it from midnight to 6am while your child sleeps!
