The lamps screw on crocket. The magnet is very weak and lamps keep falling off. I screwdriver a plate to my dinoram box and used a stronger magnet.

I've bought 2 sets of these lights now to use in my dollhouse projects. They're just perfect. I used one set in a house i had already wired but forgot the carriage lights at the front door! These complete my house perfectly. I used another as a "porch light" on a haunted house i made and again..perfect!! Will definitely keep these in mind for future purchases

These wee lights are very well built. Kinda pricey, but ultimately worth the price. They are made from machined metal parts. They turn on and off by a small switch, are powered by a button battery and affix by way of a powerful button magnet. There’s no wiring needed.I’m making something where I’m using a them a bit differently than how are intended. I didn’t want to deal with wiring or battery packs. I was considering how I’d access the battery when, bam…problem solved by way of magnet. These are better than any other light I was able to find and totally surpassed my expectations.

I have this item three stars because it arrives bent ( but could be straighter without damage). It could of been packed better. Also after installing one of the switches fell out of the light. These are really pretty but super delicate and would not recommend for a child. Magnets that accompany it are weak and had to be replaced with other magnets. Still like them for the design but wish they were made better
