Nice to have the leaking seal replaced. The old one was really dry and hard. The new one stops all the oil. Be careful of the internal pipe bolt on the lower side. It can tear the seal reinstalling the valve cover when reinstalling. Lift it up on lower side and over the bolt and then drop into place.
