This TPI Corporation ACM-W wall mount is suitable for use with an air circulator head (sold separately) in providing air circulation at an industrial workstation. The mount bolts to the wall and has a gray painted finish that resists corrosion. The wall mount allows the fan to be positioned horizontally or vertically for precise direction of air flow.

It is heavy duty and works great however seems to be very over priced for what you get. Unfortunately, there aren't any other real options that I found on here.

It is what it is. Holds up a fan, swings left to right. Not a lot of complication. Make sure you're bolting it in to something solid. It has a fairly short/narrow wall mount compared to the weight of the commercial fans you're likely to hang on it.
