I got this to use with my '14 Raptor as I have two sets of wheels I switch between.Normally I'd have my desert wheels on and ignore the TPMS lights for the duration. With this tool, I'm able to install the sensors in my desert wheels and sync them to the truck. The one caveat there is that I use forscan to change the TPMS light threshold. In having sensors the truck can read while I'm out desert running, I have more peace of mind that I haven't holed a tire. If the light comes on, then I *know* there's a problem and can stop.Overall I'd recommend this tool. It's a basic thing that is easy to use. If you're running different sets of wheels pretty frequently, I'd say get one of these. Just be sure to get the one that matches your truck, otherwise it won't play nice with the truck's ECU.

Instruction on use a little vague. I could not find any way to get my vehicle to enter TPMS relearn mode and I have yet to get the truck tires to calibrate to my truck

I have this similar tool for our GM vehicles, and wanted to get one for the Ford. It doesn't come with a battery, but after putting my own 9V battery in, it worked. You have to learn how to put your car into TPMS learning mode and then you can use this took at each wheel to activate the sensor in order for your car to learn the position.

It turns on and off like it's supposed to, but could not get it to connect to any of my tire sensors. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe I messed up, but I did exactly what the instruction says, so I had to use them. It's my old one which programmed right away. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I use the exact same battery from both units. I figured this would be newer and we worked better, but I had to end up using my old one. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it wouldn't work.

I was very excited to get this TPMS tool for my wife’s new car. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. I took the tool out of the box and grabbed a battery to go test it out, but to my dismay the positive battery prong on the tool broke off while installing the battery making the tool completely unusable. I assumed I just got a defective unit, so I contacted the manufacturer and they were extremely friendly and promptly sent me a replacement unit. When it arrived I anxiously installed a battery and went out to test it. Unfortunately, the replacement unit wouldn’t turn on at all. Just to make sure, I went and got another brand new battery (even though the previous one was also new) and it wouldn’t turn on with that one either. So I attempted to test two different tools and both ended up being faulty. At this point it’s pretty clear that the quality control of this product is quite poor. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable tool.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. I tried to use it on a 2014 Ford F150, which was listed in the compatible vehicles. When the tool was unable to activate my new TPMS sensors I had to go down to the tire shop who went through the process and had them working in under a minute.Anyone with an F150 looking to put your system into TPMS learning mode, the steps are as follows.1. Keys in the ignition, off position.2. Step on brake once.3. Turn key to on/accessory, off, on/acc, off, on/acc. (Turn to on 3 times)4. While key is in on position, step on brake.5. Turn key off, on/acc, off, on/acc, off, on/acc.You should get a notice stating it is in TPMS training mode, and asking you to activate the front left sensor first. It'll then ask you to go clockwise (front right, rear right, rear left) to finish. With a working tool the guy who activated my sensors didn't even come to a stop as he walked around the vehicle.

This review is for the MOCATEC TPMS Reset/Relearn Tool. The product includes the tool and a set of operating instructions. A 9V battery (required) is not included.Setup requires only that a 9V battery be inserted into the compartment on the back of the tool. The battery was easy to install/remove. The included instructions are obviously translated, but they're accurate. I had no problem placing my vehicle into TPMS relearn mode by following the instructions. The tool also worked as advertised as I had very little difficulty retraining my TPMS sensors--the only issue was trying to find the correct orientation of the tool's antenna relative to the TPMS sensor inside each tire. However, this was resolved with a little bit of trial and error. Overall, this is a good tool to have in the toolbox if you have a compatible Ford vehicle.

My truck is an older model , a 2008. The tire sensor light has been on for YEARS. I’ve purchased a few new sets of tires over the years , but was told I needed a 300air pressure sensor to make the light go off , it wasn’t in the budget at the time as the price for truck tires is high , so I just never got it fixed. This little device has finallyTurned off that little orange light that had been a constant for the past 5 years. So easy to do.
