These are soooooer light, and wicked narrow.As someone with wide toe box, these shoes scare me. 🤣 I can just feel my arch scrunch up and toes curl inwards. But there are others who this will be well suited. The carbon fiber plating makes it light yet springy. The shoe takes 7 spikes per shoe (make sure you get enough for both pairs when you get replacements). Very eye catching color, wavy shoe laces and light material.

I really wanted to like these but when I pulled them out of the box I wasn't sure they were going to fit me because they looked small - real small. Plus, they had (for lack of a better description) an "hour glass" shape to them that I didn't think my foot would fit into. While my feet DID fit into them, they felt awkward and uncomfortable. And then I tried to walk in them and it was even worse. It felt like I was walking with a tennis ball in the arch of my foot. I'm not sure if that's how athletic shoes are supposed to work or not but it wasn't comfortable for me. Maybe I could get used to them - and I will give them a try - but my initial impression is not great and I don't think I could recommend them in good conscience.

These spikes are cute and seem to be well constructed but I have some doubts about them holding up to track and field season. They are incredibly thin, which is good but can be bad if they start falling apart. I will update this as we get more use out of them.

Very sturdy form bottom, sole. Shoes are almost entirely mesh material, so very breathable. Somewhat comfortable. A little long for the size I got. The real problem is that they are also very very narrow. Makes them tight and much less comfortable then they could be.They are a very cute color. They can be easy to get dirty but also very easy to clean. A little water on a washcloth cleans them right up. They would be fantastic if not for how narrow they are.

Very happy with these!These shoes are incredibly lightweight. I love the coloring! They are true to size, but make sure if you're ordering for a woman, that you convert your size to a man's shoe size. I had to send a message to the seller to clarify as unisex sizing isn't really a thing in the US, and they responded with the size chart pictured. Thought it might help a few other buyers out there! My daughter wears an 8 1/2 in women's shoe sizes and so we ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly.The spikes are removable and they give you a little black bag to store your shoes in to keep the rest of your bag from getting dirty which is nice.Happy with our purchase. Would recommend!

I know it says for track and field but I didn’t use it for that. I used it for hiking in muddy terrains. Just bought a padding for the soles. Works great as I don’t slip and slide. The shoes was very easy to clean with all the mud I tracked. I like it and would get another pair.

I wanted to love these — the color and design are absolute fire. They look like pro-level track beasts. But here's the kicker: I literally couldn’t get my feet inside them. And I even ordered half a size up! I gave the one star because I bought them for a purpose: TO WEAR. And they 1200% fail at their primary task. Shoes are to be worn. FAIL!I could squeeze in my toes and the front ball of my foot, then boom — full stop. No amount of twisting, stomping, or pleading helped. It's like these were made for action figures, not humans. This sizing is way off, and the listing needs a serious overhaul to reflect that.I’ll give them props for style, but as actual track shoes? Hard fail. Returned same day. Don’t waste your meet day on these unless your feet are made of pipe cleaners.

These are fantastic if you run outside and on hiking trails like I do. The shoes come with a bag and the spikes unattached with a tool to insert them so you can adjust them to your liking. I wouldn’t use them on sidewalks or asphalt if that’s your preferred environment but for uneven terrain they keep you steady. The shoes are unisex but keep in mind they use MEN sizes so make sure you order the right size
