When I opened the box, the original OEM's shipping label had been cut out, leaving an opening - No big deal.When I unpacked the box, one track was wrapped and sealed, the other was not. My Suspicion grew. The wires had been installed based on the frayed ends. It's definitely been installed prior to my purchase.I could not get the connector to work (connects the two tracks).My biggest concern is the overall product quality and production of light.It's nade of cheap-lightweight plastic. The lighting just doesn't seem to be enough...but, again..Maybe I expected too much and others will be pleased.It's an easy install, but I was forced to use 4 spots & 1 rectangle light in one track. Not ideal (crowded) for the look...but, doable.The instructional diagram doesn't match the light...this could be a problem for some.I will replace soon & either use the one good track on a tool bench or toss it out as a lesson learned.Good concept...but difficult for me to score well. I don't understand the 2, 5 stars...but I'm glad others like it.
