The shape and size of these classic reservoir style absinthe glasses enhances the delicate aromas and flavors of the absinthe, without overfilling. The dosed stem makes it easy to pour the perfect amount of Absinthe into the glass and it's also easy to grip and swirl.
It is made from mechanical glass which is a tough glass. It passes without problem in the dishwasher. Avoid excessive thermal shock.
- TRADITIONAL ABSINTHE - For a traditional Belle Epoque absinthe ritual, use the glass with an absinthe spoon. Pour approximately 30ml of absinthe into the glass, or until it reaches the top of the deep ridge at the top of the stem. Then carefully put the spoon across the top of the glass and place a single sugar cube on it.
- STORY - La Rochere is the oldest continuously working glass factory in Europe located in the forests of the Lorraine and Franche-Comte regions that provided firewood for furnaces and ferns whose ashes made the potash necessary for the glass fusion.

The glass is ok but it is not worth 20 bucks. It’s like a glass from a cheap ikea set. Has ugly seem visible

Will be used as a gift. Please note this glassware is not hand blown, it is machine made. So there is a fine, but visible “joint” line going all the way around, where the two pieces were joined.
