One of the best reasons you could use this as a theft-deterrent: they're easy to notice. Not every car or truck thief is going to be discouraged by a blinking red light on your vehicle's dash. But the moment they see these wheel locks in place, they won't even bother looking at your vehicle twice. Because they could literally have the key to your car plus the alarm fob on them, and it wouldn't matter. The vehicle is just not driveable at that point.They are solidly made, heavy enough, built to last. You put them on, they aren't coming off by anyone else but you. The price is also more than reasonable, when you think about it. The amount of money you'll save, time and energy and headache you'll save from not having your vehicle stolen, it's absolutely worth investing in a set of these.

These trailer wheel locks provide increased security for my expensive cargo trailer and RV while they are parked or in storage. I will utilize these wheel locks from now on when I park my utility trailer at a job site and when I need to leave it overnight. I will also use it on my travel trailer when I need to disconnect it from my truck. Anything I can do to decrease the likelihood of theft is in my best interest and these devices will help to discourage opportunistic thieves.I really need to be careful not to lose the keys because then these wheel locks will be extremely difficult or impossible to remove. The devices come with extra keys but I will try to contact the company to obtain a few more spares.
