I have tried different devices in the past for strengthening the core, but this is the simplest, and easiest to use. And, it's the most effective. I would not normally have searched for an item like this, but I'm glad I explored a little more, and found it. It's great!

I have bought several ab workout machines, whether it was pads to slide your feet or rollers, the perfect plank is by far the best! On top of that, I take it to my yoga class as well to help start warming up or use it as a foam block for extra stretches. Buying another one just to give to my friend. 🧘🏽
