I read reviews of how the Edelbrock 2696 adapter did not align with Edelbrock 1405 Carburetor mounting holes but that this plate did. THE EXACT OPPOSITE. The Edelbrock 2696 adapter aligned perfectly and this one was a nightmare. Avoid this adapter if using Edelbrock 1405/6 Carburetors. No instructions and the box only makes reference to Holly carbs.
