This is extremely portable and functionally easy to use. It has numerous languages and the Spanish is rather accurate. I don't have a a way to check the other languages beyond English but seems to be very good. It unfortunately doesn't have somali which would have been perfect for work but it is helpful. The only flaw is it sometimes combines all the words together making reading it or translating it next to impossible but that does happen quite a bit depending on the documents. I still see a purpose for it though as it can help best in short burst like filling out a form.

It does a great job at translating quite a bit of languages with very little inaccuracy, came in handy multiple times when working at a gas station and Spanish speaking locals would come by and have specific requests. It's super easy to use and can be used on litterally anything including your phone

I didn't have any expectations when I chose this, I actually was leaning towards thinking it would not work well. After two weeks of use, I am blown away on how well it does actually work. First of all, it's a sleek, easily portable device that comes with a charging cable and silicone protective case. The presentation was really nice, and it has decent instructions on how to get it up and running in minutes.Once you get the hang of using it, you will not be disappointed. This translator pen can do a ridiculous amount of helpful tasks and I have yet to even discover them all. It's main functionality is the ability to read any text either by sliding the pen over it, or taking a picture of the text, and then translating that text to whatever language you select. It can work both ways and you can scan over different languages and it will translate the to English or another foreign language, its your choice. It does this particularly fast and was able to read even text that I thought would be too messy or hard to decipher. It shows you the translation on the screen and also speaks the translation in a very clear and comfortable voice. For a device this size, I was impressed on how well the translation was executed.Its second main functionality is as one or two way voice translator. You can just talk to it and it will translate your English into a language you choose. It again will write out the translation of what you spoke on the screen in the language you choose and speak it. This also can be done both ways so if you need to speak to someone in another language you can just go back and forth talking and it will do the translation for you and speak for you.It has the ability to take notes and save them, and in multiple languages. You can record voice notes to listen to later on. It can hold a micro-SD card so you can really expand the memory a lot. It can save pictures of notes and translate them later or just write them out for you in English if you just wish to digitize your hand writing notes. Beyond this it has many other functions regarding building a favorites list of sayings, vocabulary words, or custom words that you can add to it's memory. Sharing is another great option if you wish to send a translation of a text or picture or recording to yourself later or to someone else you can share it directly from the pen. It hooks up to Wi-FI and has even more translation options online. You can also hook it to your phone via Bluetooth and open up another set of tools.Overall, just having the ability to OCR English text or notes is amazing. I can save pictures of multi-lines of text like a magazine article and it will digitize it for me. Adding the whole translation aspect makes this an exceptional tool to have, especially if you are a traveler. For the price point, it is an insanely great buy, huge amount of value. A good sound recorder alone will cost the same as this and won't do a tenth that this can. It charges by USB-C and any 5V source will do the job. Five Stars, Highly Recommended! Great Product. One caveat, it takes a little time to master it, be patient with it and practice using it.
