They are so hard to get together. And if you don’t watch it they will crack. The end caps I taped on the end of the tubes. When I thought they were together the halves wouldn’t fit together right so they overlapped inside (a hazard for my hamster). So they’d have to come back apart. The plastic clips didn’t want to clip on the cage because of the plastic coupling. Horrible design horrible material and not worth the hassle nor the money.

Didn’t come with plate connections or caps. I purchased specifically for the connections to be able to cut a hole in the cage and add these. Now I have to take the time to return the item. Frustrating.

I got these a while ago but have not used them because they did not come with the connections for the tubes that is needed. Not sure what size I need to be able to connect these tubes and I was very frustrated with this item and cannot find them anywhere else. 😵

I read reviews before buying but was optimistic these would be compatible with my vintage hamster tubes and be better than many reviews stated. They're as unreliable as many reviews said. While not being a compatible fit with my older model Kaytee tubes wasn't a huge surprise, the fact that they do not reliably interlock with each other is what caused me to make a return. The connecter rings are a very firm plastic and some are very difficult to fit on, while others offer so little connection that tubes can be bumped apart with very little effort. I was too concerned that my mice might cause a shift in weight that would cause a connection to fall apart. The plastic tubes themselves are very thin and cheap, but I really think with more viable connector rings that wouldn't be a deal breaker. Having secure bonds is important for the safety of the animals and sadly these off brand tubes just don't provide that.

I did have to return them as they didn’t match up the the type I already had, which was unfortunate. I really liked them and the price. The company was easy to work with as well!
