I bought this in July 2024 for a trip in August 2024 where I knew I'd need to carry passports and my son's water bottle. It held up well for that trip, and the strap was long enough for my plus-size body. The inside is big enough to carry an iPad mini and a sizeable hardcover book, plus a water bottle (inside). The pockets are great.So why just 3 stars? I put my bags through a LOT, and I didn't think that after 7 months of daily use that the black decoration around the pocket zipper should be FLAKING off, leaving little white spots. I was going to take this bag to Disney, but now I'm thinking I'll take something else (or I'll take it and ditch it afterwards). Also the strap is fraying a bit where it connects to the bag.

I like so many features of this purse--the size, pockets, key fob, pockets for cell phone. And I love the color. If there were more colors, I'd buy another.

The ‘Tec Spec’ label attached to the bag says it should have an internal LED light. There was no internal LED light in my bag. Why is it missing?

This bag has all kinds of security features! The zipper locks and RFID. But it is well designed and even though it is spacious enough to carry an iPad, it is compact. Great for international travel.My only drawback is that the lining is black making it difficult to find things, even with the cute LED light included. I love the color options

This bag worked perfectly as a day pack for my 2-week trip to Eastern Europe. It fit my SLR camera, wallet, light snacks, a small toiletry kit, my phone and a water bottle, all with some room left for small souvenirs. The thick strap was comfy on my shoulders and I loved all the pockets. Great security features and very durable. I would recommend this to anyone who is traveling and will be out on the town all day. This is my new go-to.

As a Travel Agent, I do travel as much as possible and needed something safe and pretty much theft proof for my travels. Took it all over Joprdan and Israel, on public buses and trains. Works fabulous and is comfortable. I love the locking zippers, so my passport was always safe. @coreenstravels gives this travel bag a thumbs up. I was almost tempted to use it for everyday use as the compartments are awesome.

I used the bag for a few months now before submitting a review. This is my 2nd travelon. I used the first one every day and it finally show wears and bears after several years of usage and this one is a replacement. I love it just as much. Travelon is perfect for city living in UK. There are many compartments with zippers.I can stay organized and still have easy access to mobile phone, train/bus tickets, headphone, mask, keys...and everything else I haul around. This style is slightly smaller than the Classic model. However, I can still fold a lightweight scarve or even the compact waterproof poncho/jack and stuff it in. I have many other bags, but Travelon is the one I end up using every day and not just for traveling.Many reviews complain that the water bottle compartment is not fit for purpose. I wanted to share the photo to prove that wrong. the zipper is in L-shape. Other users might not have opened the pouch completely. Once it is fully extened, normal small bottle of water would fit just fine.

Great bag. I got this for my 13” laptop and it works really well for that. The fit is nearly perfect and it feels really solid. It has more than enough space for everything and the base is wide enough that it can stand up on its own. The little led light it comes with is great for finding things that fell to the bottom too and the the water bottle pouch can zip closed when you’re not using. It gets 4 stars though because of the little disappointing thingsLike other reviews say, the teal on the front is noticeably different in person than what shows in the product info. It’s much more of a medium-dark blue and less vibrant. The listing’s picture of the back is a lot closer to what the bag actually looks like but it’s dark compared to the bag. I love the colors but a vibrant teal like in the listing would have been nicerThe opening is a tiny bit too narrow for what I got it for - the main zipper opens 11 1/4” wide and my laptop is about 11 2/3” wide, so it has to be finessed in and out. It’s nice knowing that the laptop can’t fall out, but it’s a hassle. Another small thing is that the material is a bit too heavy-duty outdoor nylon for my tastesNone of these things are that big and are easy to ignore, especially considering how great everything else is, but it’s just a bit disappointing

Planning to take a trip abroad and needed a handy day bag. This looks like it'll be perfect. It's well made, very attractive and exactly the right size to carry stuff needed for the day and yet not be too large or bulky. It tucks nicely under the arm, has a thick strap that looks impervious to being slashed and fits comfortably across the chest. The textured fabric and teal color with black interior and zippers looks very classy. The zippers are substantial and move easily and the stitching is perfect. The zipper pulls have clever little clips that are easy to open, but once clipped onto the metal rings would make life difficult for a pickpocket to get open. The shoulder strap can be unclipped from its ring so that the strap can be tethered through the back of a chair. The whole thing has RFID blocking technology so someone can't read your credit cards through the bag. It's not super lightweight, but not bad. It weighs about as much as other purses or bags I have of the same size. I like the fact that the bottle carrier on the side can be zipped closed if you don't want to use it for a bottle and can probably double to carry an umbrella. My only complaint is that the bottle carrier is not big enough for my plastic water bottle, but I can always put it inside the purse. All in all, really pleased with my purchase and looking forward to putting it to the test on my trip to Europe.

The bag is not teal at all. In the photos, the front looks teal and the back looks blue, but the entire bag is actually blue. I haven't decided if I'm going to keep it or not (I'd possibly switch for the black if it wasn't $15 more. In person, it looks like a bag that comes with a Tilley hat (aka suuuuper travel-y, if that makes sense.) I definitely wouldn't use it as an every day bag and I think while traveling, it would make a tourist stand out more. The security features are great, but the mesh in the bag makes it a little heavier than I expected (and it doesn't squish down as much as I'd like it to.) The fabric is also a lot sportier than I expected - it makes a swoosh sound when it brushes up to something. The main compartment is fairly roomy. I put my iPad classic, liquids ziplock, wallet and passport in it and there was still a little room left for some small items. It's a good little bag if you're looking for something VERY casual. I think for me, it's a little TOO casual, as I only like to take 1 purse on trips, but need one that won't look out of place in nicer restaurants, etc.
