Ricevuta comunicazione da fornitore della corretta attivazione della SIM, in realtà non ha mai funzionato e sono risultati vani i tentativi dello staff tecnico di supporto. Pessima esperienza, spesa inutile, ho chiesto il rimborso e lo hanno negato nonostante non abbia usufruito del servizio.

This sim card is not what it promises. You cannot make calls or send text messages. Also it is only valid for 10 days, not 14. Only buy if the only thing you need is data, which is not what we needed. Therefore it was a waste of money for us

Bad activation procedure and documentation.it's nowhere state not to insert the card in your phone before the activation date. As instructed I asked for an activation dat on the website and inserted the card in my second slot a week before asked activation date. I did receive a confirmation mail on my requested activation date bit nevertheless the sim card expired before the end of my business trip.
