The drive shafts on this “Heavy Duty” kit are horrible. Stock for me held up way better. The pins set in the joints don’t last. Shear off and start sliding out and chew up your A Arms. Stay away from them.

It works well on the Rustler! As you can see, it works well with aftermarket big bore shocks and aftermarket steering/camber links. Install instructions suck! Go to Traxass website and use search bar to find "extreme heavy duty kit install instructions". It'll be under "News". The basic Traxass tool kit had all the tools I needed to get this installed. Traxass website also has an exploded view of exactly how this rustler comes apart and has part numbers for everything; just use the search bar to find it. This kit comes with steel hex hubs and washers. If you want blue hex hubs make sure you order the larger size that match this kit; they are 12mm hex hubs. I took the front bumper off and removed the rear wheelie bar and bumper to gain full access which made removal of old parts and install of new parts easier. I labeled everything as I removed it so that I'd know what part it was and what screws/nuts went with it. The heavy duty kit comes with needed hardware but the instructions don't tell you where the hardware is used so it's helpful to compare the kit hardware to the old hardware. Took me about 40 min to do the rear assemby and about an hour to do the front assembly.
