Tray Drying Rack 16"L x 24"D x 8-1/2"H Poly-Z-Brite. Ideal for both tray drying and storage. The modules fit over any 24" deep shelf (no tools required). 16"L and holds 9 trays. Combine modules to accomodate any length shelf. Uprights are spaced 1-3/4" apart. Poly-Z-Brite® features a clear powder-epoxy over zinc-chromate electro-plating that handles temperature and moisture extremes well. NEXGuard®, an anti-microbial agent, protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that causes odors and product degradation. NSF approved for wet or dry use. Limited fifteen year warranty against rust and corrosion.

Use these every day in our donut shop. A great way to air dry trays remember you must use 24" wide shelving or they will slide around.
