so when I ordered this, I guess I read it wrong. I thought this was actually a teapot. This is just a very cute decoration that you could sit around or if you do drink tea as I do, you can use it for your tea pot.

It functions and is a bit bigger than I expected. It's rougher in texture than yixing clay usually is and the outside is a dark coating while the inside is orangish red terracotta. Overall, it's okay, but not the quality I. would have expected.
