This didn't come with any instructions on how to use it, so I just looked up a video. You just lift up the belt as much as you can and put it in the middle of the treadmill, then you run it and walk on it to spread it. I no longer hear any squeaking or noises. Works just as advertised!

My wife’s treadmill says it requires lube a lot more often than I realized. This lube was easy to use, didn’t make a mess, and seems to lubricate the mat well. The three pack is great because I don’t have to buy it as often. These are great to have handy, and makes maintenance a breeze since there isn’t a mess. Definitely worth buying to make sure you can keep up with your equipment the right way

Be careful when opening the package. At least one of the tubes leaked and they were all coated in oil.The full emptying of one tube is required each time you lubricate your treadmill, which is supposed to be done monthly at the very least. You're paying over $18 for 1.5oz of silicone oil, which is a pretty terrible deal. You can get 5x that amount of treadmill lubricant for half the price here on Amazon.I can't say anything yet on how well it lubricates a treadmill, but the bottles were pretty slick. I don't expect it to work any differently from cheaper brands.

I applied half an ounce (one tube) to the treadmill deck, working it in half way under the belt on either side. Once I applied the lube, I started up the belt and worked my feet together slowly from side to side and back for a good five minutes. What I discovered was an ugly sounding treadmill that transformed itself into a quiet smooth running treadmill. All of the sounds I was hearing prior to application, I guess, were calls from the treadmill belt shouting "lube me!"This Treadlife Fitness lubricant for the belt is wonderful. I don't know if it is better than or worse than any products as this is my very first application and experience with treadmill maintenance. What I can tell you is that it quieted the belt way down to a point where I can hear the TV again without needing to put the volume on MAX. Good stuff!Take always: Very easy to use. One tube equals one application. It works well with no messy post application cleanup.

I've been using generic silicone that isn't necessarily for treadmills and was finding that the "lube belt" alert came on much more frequently than at the beginning when I had paid for a bottle of the pricier stuff. Decided to try the dedicated stuff again. These come in a pack of 3. It's more than the large bottles but it's a lot less messy or intimidating to apply because it's simple to get your hand and the small bottle inside the middle of the treadmill under that tread after loosening. You just follow the instructions and use the whole thing per application. The sound of the treadmill is already quieter than before and runs smoothly. The other two are sitting in the wings and I doubt they will tip over and leak like my last large bottle of silicone which is not the most fun stuff to clean. It is, however, more expensive per ounce. One other thing, if you haven't done treadmill maintenance before: when you loosen the tread, if you have an Allen wrench setup, count on both sides as you unscrew each side. Then you know how much to tighten afterwards so you don't over tighten. It will also help prevent the tread from gravitating to one side or the other. You don't want it jammed up against one side, and that will help keep the tension equal on both sides.Good product, easy to use, not cheapest option but no mess.

These are smaller tubes than I imagined, but a little bit does go a long ways. Don't overdo it. Nobody wants this stuff on your floor under the treadmill. I highly recommend a rubber treadmill mat under your treadmill, just to be on the safe side. Worth the peace of mind.I didn't shop around, but $19 for 3 little tubes seems a little steep. Maybe shop around and make sure that you cannot do better.

Just because is an Amazon recommended product it does not mean that is a good value. Very small tubes 3 = 1/2 of any other brand

THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE THICK, BUT IS NO BETTER THAN AVERAGE 100% SILICONE!
