This harness will give me peace of mind when I go up and down my tree stand ladder, especially in the dark. Fits well, not uncomfortable. Not too heavy. Straps and materials seem quality and sturdy. For reference my measurements are 40inch bust, 35inch waist, 45inch hips, 6' tall female. Decent price for a harness.

A must have for the tree stand. I got this in today and it fits great, very comfortable. It also seems to be really strong and well made. You need to trust this thing with your life and I feel confident that this will keep me safe up there. Your life is worth the purchase!

I have used $600-900 ASTM maritime rated harnesses, this one is not one, it is probably not chemical resistant or abrasion resistant to chafing on a rusty i-beam, but it will save your life if you fall out of a treestand IF you put it on & adjust it properly. And this is where they get a massive F for Fail, I have been doing work at heights in a harness for years so I know how to adjust harnesses, & I can't make heads or tails of the cryptic copy-paste typed instructions, I took a bunch of pictures of myself putting it on & adjusting the harness,I don't know if I need to do a step by step video, if you have questions ask,Picture#4 shows how to open the chest latch, its a weird latch you push your thumbs & fingers together to make it open.#5 is with the chest-latch open, you step each foot into each thigh-loop.#6 is with both legs stepped into the thigh straps#7 latch the chest-strap#9 picture of where to adjust if too tight around your stomach or chest (this harness is too small for me but I'm just trying to put up pics so someone doesn't put it on wrong & kill themselves falling out of a treestand)#10 take very special note of adjusting the thigh straps around your thighs, they are supposed to be snug you do NOT want them loose if they are loose & you fall, that loose strap is gonna grab something you don't want it to grab during a fall!#11 is how snug they should be#12 & #13 this is your "suspension relief strap" if you fall & are hanging by your harness this foot-stirrup let's you step take some weight off your thighs, pictures show where it attaches to, the carabiner is a safety carabiner you have to unscrew the barrel to open it, latch it, then screw the barrel back secured.#14 look for this tether-loop attached to your harness near center of your shoulders, your tree-strap will go through that loop, then wrap around the tree secured, so if you fall you will hang by that loop.#15 #16 find your tree strap its like a wide seat belt, first figure out how to secure the tree strap tight around a tree, this is how the strap should thread through the steel tensioner, DO NOT thread it any other way or your risk it coming loose! After threading strap through the tensioner, grasp both ends of the strap on each side of the tensioner & yank hard, that tensioner should lock up on the strap, there should be NO slippage no matter how hard you yank it!#17 #18 pictures of how the tree-strap threads through your harness-tether. This is the part that saves your life & keeps you from being hospitalized if you fall out of a tree.If you have any questions ask, I really just figured thia out from other harnesses I wore & I could be wrong but I should at least help you not fall out of the harness or have something break loose, you should probably search YouTube for "how to fit & setup a climbing harness". Falling from heights is no joke, this is a well built harness but these horrible unreadable instructions without pictures are really dangerous for anyone who does not know harnesses to rely on!

Very nice harness. However, the fitment is incorrect. If you layer alot of clothes for hunting, go with the biggest size.

Do not like the leg straps are way to big and won't adjust small enough to work so I have a brand new safety harness that I can not use.

I went by what it said for sizing and ordered the larger size. I’m 5’10” 180lbs. The bigger size was huge I don’t think I’d feel safe in my stand with it that large, returned for the Med/large which should fit perfect. Otherwise, great quality, came with carabiner and tree strap**Update: Returned for the smaller size and it fits PERFECT now*****

It might be a little bulky but wearing a safety harness is a must when tree stand hunting. Two decades ago I had a hunting friend fall from a tree and spend the next year rehabbing, he's not right to this day. Even since his fall I have worn all sorts of belts and harnesses and to this day I NEVER climb a tree without one. This harness is large and bulky but there is nothing better than a full harness. This one has ample adjustment for nearly anyone. I am 6' 2" and 235 and this harness easily fits me. It is well made and I see no reason this harness won't do it's job. lets hope I never find out.BUY IT NOW - Highly Recommended.

Used this once and works as expected. Will update later, to see how durable this harness is.
