Your cart is empty. When transporting vehicles it is important to use good quality car and truck hauler tie downs with safety strength such as Trekassy axle straps.

If possible, cross the straps underneath the vehicle in a “X” pattern to evenly distribute tension, and prevent any side-to-side shifting during transit.

Make sure the straps are tight enough to secure the car but not so tight that they strain the axle.

I’ve been using ratchet straps attached to the guards & roll cage which put stress on the gas filled shocks of my OHV & if you hit a really bad bump it’s possible for the shocks to collapse enough for a strap to come loose. With these straps I can put them through the tire rim then attach my ratchets eliminating the stress on the shocks & no chance of a bad bump disconnect.

I purchased these to secure my Kabota L3901 to my trailer as a soft contact point so I would not scrape or scratch my tractor. These are very well-built. Extremely heavy and work very well. They have saved my tractor from a direct metal hook contact which would scratched my tractor. I’m very happy with them highly recommend them and I would purchase them again.

These will do the job but I do wonder about the black pads. I was hoping for something thicker and softer. These may still rub finishes I was hoping to protect.

I haul mostly 1 ton trucks to and from my performance shop and to the track, these are good on the front, no issue there but using them in the back I have 1 issue, during a collision these straps would break off. Chains are the best way, chain the back, you can use these with chain or strap on the front. I primarily bought these for my ATV’s and SXS’s for trips, due to the smaller sizes and odd hook points on the suspension these get into tight areas better then a 3/8 chain and will handle the force of a collision. Small cars like rice burners, yeah you’d probably be ok, if it’s above 4000lbs even with 2 straps I wouldn’t run these on the back personally. If you don’t have a choice like strapping the wheel on a low low car then I get it, just make sure to cross strap
