These gaskets are for Tri-Clamp style fittings and match your specific process needs. All gaskets meet USDA, 3-A and cGMP criteria compliant. All silicone, EPDM, PTFE, and Viton gaskets are animal-derived ingredient free and meet USP Class IV and cytotoxicity criteria.

Fits standard 1.5" tri-clover or tri-clamp fittings.

Senming’s Sanitary Fluid Conditioning Seals are designed to be interchangeable with standard sanitary Tri-Clamp gaskets and are available in the USP Class VI elastomer of your choice, in a variety of mesh sizes.

The sock screen gasket offers more open area for soil collection capability than flat screens. They provide greater flow for situations where a large amount of particulates are involved. Due to the large open screen area, sock screens require less service therefore reducing down time and costly change outs. Sock screens can protect expensive processing pumps and equipment from foreign matter. sanitary sock screens are specifically designed for high volume applications with low pressure drop. They are used in the transfer of liquids from a bulk tank to a tank truck and/or in the opposite direction.

Sock design assures a tight fit while allowing continuous fluid flow and filtration.

Available in 10 mesh to 325 mesh

My wife died in my arms as my child pointed at me saying it's all your fault. My mother brutally attacked me when I was 7 because I stole her opioids, she over dosed 2 weeks later. I've had 7 dogs and they've all ran away. Alas, I have never been more disappointed in my life. The fact the gasket does not come attached to the screen is one thing. Not a good thing but still one would think workable. Well once you get the gasket on the screen ( clear your schedule for a few hours) it does not fit properly on 1.5" try-clamp fittings. I foolishly bought 2 because I mistakenly believe in people. Both are garbage and unusable. Stay away. Go spend your money elsewhere.

The sock did not come mounted to the gasket. They are separate, aka they are totally useless.
