The nut is the most important piece, it doesn't come with it, you have to figure it out, another trash!

Missing a crucial part

The fit is pretty tight in the female receiving garmin mount, but it stays put and works very nicely. I use it in combination with an out front mount with my garmin on top of the out front mount and use the Trigo as a quick release to mount one several different lights on the bottom of the out front mount. The light choice depends upon if Iām doing a night ride or want a daylight flashing light for a daytime ride, and having a quick swap, predetermined light already set up is very nice.

If you are looking for a mount that will hold your Garmin Varia headlight this is supposed to work. This didn't fit quite right. I needed to file some surfaces down a bit to make it work. It was kind of frustrating.
