I recently added this trim puller tool to my toolkit, and it has made removing baseboards and trim molding much easier. This tool features a larger, flatter contact surface compared to traditional options, which really helps with efficient removal without damaging the trim or the walls. The integrated wedged center enhances leverage, allowing me to remove baseboards quickly while keeping everything intact. The durability of this tool is impressive. It's made from high-quality carbon steel and 65Mn steel, with a finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance. This heavy-duty trim puller feels robust and is built to endure repeated use on tough jobs, making it a reliable addition for any project.I also love the ergonomic handle design. It absorbs shock well, which reduces hand fatigue during extended use. This comfort factor is so important when working on larger tasks. The efficiency of this tool really stands out. Its wide contact area and high-leverage design streamline the workflow, making it easier to finish baseboard removal quickly and with minimal cleanup. This trim puller is versatile, perfect for a range of commercial jobs, repairs, and remodeling tasks. Whether I’m removing cabinets, countertops, flooring, or even prying up stubborn staples, it handles everything with ease. Overall, this trim removal tool has become an essential part of my toolset, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to simplify their home improvement projects!

A great tool for removing molding. It also did a good job on the carpet tack.

I've don a ton of remodeling and usually use a large scraper to slowly pry moldings away from the wall. It's easy to damage/dent drywall this way so it's a slow and careful process. I have an old house that for some reason the older moldings have large finish nails in them and using the scraper method often breaks the molding. I got this tool for an upcoming project. It's wider than my scraper and being at 90 degrees I can get much more leverage on the molding over a wider area. I don't understand why the included the baby hammer. The could gave sold just the tool at a lower price. I found the "hex wrench" portions and the bottle opener to be silly and I waste. I would thing that most people that are doing their own work already have a wrench. I was going to give it 3 stars, but it does work. They could probably sell it cheaper without the hammer and the unnecessary hex portions

The pry bar works as expected and is sturdy enough to do the job. I was able to pull some carpet in my kitchen without damaging the trim although the job was a bit more tedious than I had thought it would be.The hammer is subpar to any of the hammers I already own so I feel that the seller is including that more as a benefit over another product that didn't include one. It may make someone like me (an older female) feel like they are getting something extra but anyone else who is serious about doing remodeling would have no use for it (in my opinion).

The puller tool itself is kind of nice. Looks and feels sturdy, made of thick metal, and should get the job done. The hammer that comes with it is more of a joke. It is on par with a tack hammer. I must wonder why they even included it. If you are like me, a handy homeowner, then this will be a nice thing to have in your toolbox without breaking the bank. (About $10 at the time of this review.) In the past I’ve used a prybar and a hammer to remove trim while probably causing a little damage along the way. With its width, this tool should minimize any damage to the walls. I look forward to using it on some upcoming projects.
