The black Picatinny rail itself is made of good hard steel. For Stoeger M3000 and fits well...except.....the rail screws that come with it do NOT fit -both the #8 and # 6 (included are too small for the tapped receiver holes). Luckily, I had larger metric screws on hand (#9) that worked perfectly. Other than the screw issue, this is a nice, heavy rail, well worth the money.

First impression: Rail seems of good quality, install was easy and came with two sets of (4) screws. The larger screws fit perfectly on the p3500. I needed the rail so I could mount a red dot for turkey hunting. So far it looks slick and was a great price. 5/5 stars for now.

Not sure if my m3500 post 2023 model but it fit just fine and the screws fit. Do wish it was a little shorter but I'm not sure what oem is but I'm not paying stoger price for a rail.
