It has 5-speed control, soft start, and constant speed under load electronics, making the TFBR001 perfect for routing, trimming, beading, edging and other demanding work. Featuring soft-grip, vibration-reducing handles and a trigger handle with lock-on button offering the user total control over the cutter speed and movement on the bench. When fitted to a table, the TRFB001 can easily handle a 3-1/2-inch diameter router bit. The base plate diameter is 7-inches and the ultra durable machine weighs a total of 15 pounds. I use this router on my CNC machine. It fit perfectly on my machine and so far I've had no problems. I made sure to register it to get the full 4 year coverage against defects.

Our Triton 3.25 router made it one year in our router table and the internal cooling fan blew up today. Bought 11/23. We are a commercial shop but our router table doesn’t get used that much. The collet has always been a night mare to get out. Tried all the tricks I could find to make it better but always had to pry my router bits out.1/10- don’t buy.From Coastal woodworking and concrete design. Cctx

There were extra “brushes” in included and thus I pulled off the cover and found saw dust inside. I looked closer at the router itself and realized the painted top of the motor, about 1/3 of the painted surface was rubbed off as when used and turned upside down to install or remove a bit. Very disappointing.
