We got our dog house and and was more complicated to build the instructions suck, and the roof frame was broken.

This dog house was extremely easy to assemble, is of quite good quality at its price point and is a perfect size for indoors or outdoors. The only issue I had with this is the color was listed as gray and so was the box but as you can see it’s purple so I ended up having to paint it. On the plus side, it accepts paint very well

The wood on the doghouse was splitting. The roof was made of particle board which they screwed a board on. The screws split the board and had broken off. The latch on the window was broke. The side pieces had wood that split. This was the most poorly made dog house I had ever seen. Do not buy this. You will be lucky if it lasts one season.

This dog house is adorable! It’s easy to put together. I did it myself and it took me about a half hour. It looks perfect in the dog town I built 💪🏻

Die Hütte sieht wirklich schick aus, aber das war es dann auch schon. Die Verpackung ist für das Gewicht absolut ungeeignet, war bei Ankunft beschädigt und und neu verklebt. Die Teile waren zum Teil beschädigt. Da mein Mann ein äußerst geschickter Handwerker ist konnte er alles weitestgehend richten. Trotzdem sitzen die Dachteile nicht bündig. Das ist wirklich schade, das Zurückschicken ist auch schwierig, wie soll man diese marode Verpackung wiederverwenden. Alles in allem, sehr enttäuschend für so viel Geld.

Leider ist das Scharnier und die Versperrung für das Seitenfenster beschädigt bzw. abgebrochen! Wäre schön, wenn eine Nachlieferung dieser Teile erfolgen würde.

Die gelieferte Hundehütte war äußerst schlecht verarbeitet. Die Dachleisten lösten sich bereits beim Auspacken von den Dachflächen, da sie sehr mangelhaft verleimt bzw. verschraubt waren. Die Holzleisten der Seitenwände zeigten an den Enden teilweise bereits Zersplitterungen auf und waren zum Teil sehr mangelhaft verschraubt. Ich verlange vom Hersteller einen angemessenen Preisnachlass. Auf Wunsch liefere ich gern Fotos von den Mängeln.

I was very excited to receive this dog house for my dog. After getting the package, the box is damaged/torn open and parts are missing. The house is also too small. When purchasing, I was expecting to get the large dog house for a large dog. The product description said it was big enough for a lab. "This shelter is suitable for large breed dogs weighing up to 70 lbs. (ex: Labrador)." However, upon inspecting the box, it said it was big enough for a border collie, which is a relatively small/medium bread of dog. And in order for me to return the dog house to get the appropriate size and hopefully undamaged product I would have to pay the return shipping which is unacceptable.

Leider ist diese Hundehütte ihr Geld nicht wert. Sie sieht ganz schick aus, aber das war es auch schon.Sie kam schon mit Beschädigungen an, ohne dass man es am Karton hat erkennen können. Dank des Handwerklichen Talents meines Vaters konnte er diese Beschädigungen gut verdecken.Im nachhinein hätte ich eine Hütte selber bauen sollen.ich rate vom Kauf dieser Hütte zu dem angegebenen Preis ab!

This product is so flimsy, I can't see how any size of dog would enjoy it. Definitely not meant for any kind of inclement weather. Nothing really matches up when you're putting it together, and it's clear that the feet were previously used and then the holes were filled in. I would not by a Trixie pet product again. It's simply not worth the money. I don't even think I would take one for free, unless I used it for firewood.

My dog and I love this doghouse. It is attractive—cute actually. The shutter latch has been the only issue. The latch looks like one made for a dollhouse (thin and plastic). My laid against the right wall and pulled the latch open. It was an easy fix though—I simply replaced it with a hook latch from the local hardware store. I also choose to repaint it (it was only a wash) for lasting power, as well as paint over the “Dog’s Inn” then replaced the sign with an engraved nameplate. However, given the overall quality, cuteness, and discount, I would definitely buy this doghouse again. It’s lovely.

This dog home is so cute. The materials are good but not excellent. Hence the four stars. Once I put it together,( which was very easy) I painted it to match my home. The finish it arrives with is just a color wash. For durability a good latex paint will protect it much better. My furry kids love it!
