I have a 10' Pelican Bass Tracker, which is prewired stern to bow for a trolling motor. The plug is in the front, although it doesn't have the metal posts. I don't know if it ever did, or they rusted out. This plug has the same dimensions and screw hole measurements as the one that came with the boat, making for a perfect, easily swapped replacement.I used to use my trolling motor on the back, so never used this feature. I bought a small gas outboard to put on the back, and now want to set up the trolling motor up front, so this was a perfect and inexpensive way to accomplish this.Great quality replacement / upgrade for smaller boats and trolling motors.

A well needed upgrade from the old plug. Best part is I didn't even need to drill new holes, it fit right into the existing mounting holes

This is NOT a direct replacement for a Minn-Kota trolling motor plug nor are the butt-splices heat-shrink. All I needed was the plug end. This plug WILL NOT insert into the receptacle on my boat which came from the dealer with a 45lb Minn-Kota Edge trolling motor installed on a Bass Tracker Classic XL. Complete fabrication of the facts from the seller. If you're looking for a direct replacement THIS IS NOT IT.
