First, the quality of the materials make this super comfortable. I bought this for my "backyard" binoculars which are standard size but it doesn't have the heavy glass. So the clasp from the strap that locks into the other side attached to the camera/binocular on the left side won't stay locked. This can lead to your device literally falling off your neck. The neoprene on my skin slowed it down so I could catch them.I made it permanent with some black 100 mph tape.

We just bought a really nice binocular but didn't like the strap it came with. This one is very easy to put on, it's tidy and sturdy. We really like it. Totally worth the money instead of being annoyed for years with the cheap one we got.
