This cable was a bit short by 1/8 inch or so. Requiring the metal connector plate to be filed down so the middle connector would slip over the mount point. I had to first attach the point at the left rear wheel to lever there, then attached the front cable point to the cable going to the pedal. After this the new left rear emergency cable could be pressed into its slot on the metal plate assembly using large pliers to get the end point into the metal connector location.
