These are so great. I am putting together so booklets, and the binder rmachine still cuts beautiful holes, but is going to be replaced because I am unable to get the binder machine to bind. Anyway, to make a long story short, these are easily done manually.

These are oval shaped, holding around 450 pages, so they are only about 3/4ths of an inch by 2 inches. They have stabilizing fasteners at three places along the length so the comb can be locked into place (necessary due to the weight of 450 pages).Most importantly, these can be used with small comb binding machines. I have the small Fellowes Star+ machine (for home offices) which ostensibly only binds things up to 150 pages. This restriction was very annoying and hard to work around for binding larger documents, but these combs are inexpensive and work with the smaller machines wonderfully.

I didn't need 50, but the price was right. The comb has 3 latch supports which is a nice feature.
