I’ve had to return other F Connectors purchased from Amazon sellers. The connectors work very well on RG6 cable.

I had to replace lead-in cables from my satellite TV antenna and I found the connectors I bought from a local home supply store were not weather prof. I ordered these & they worked perfectly and have weather tight seals.

These, so far, have fit all my RG-6QS cables including TrueCable RG6Q which is hard to do. So far several have split by themselves after a short time. These are made out of cheap metal. The ends just pop off. These need to be made stronger. No other old school crimp connector has failed for me.

I put them on triple shield gel braid underground rated RG 6, which is really tough to work with. These connectors made the job easy. I love them. They're Great!

These fit and compress on nicely.This was my first time using Type F compression connectors.Compression connectors are much easier than the crimp-on and solder on connectors I used most of my life. I wish I could get something like this for PL259 and Type N.. LOL. These were SO easy.I used the outdoor trueCABLE RG6 Quad Shield coax, the trueCABLE stripper and their compression tool.It was weird at first but I was amazed how easy it was.

I make short cables to attach to my TV’s so if I have to move them or replace them I can easily reach the cable end to disconnect it. Or if I have to replace a cable after the dog uses it for a chew toy. These ends work really well and there’s no loss of signal. Have ordered them before and will order again. They work on double shielded cable and the single shielded cable. Worth the price.

These F connectors are exactly as advertised...and they are super easy to use with RG-6 quad shield coax cable. If you have used RG-6 quad shield cable before you already know that it is not easy to get an F fitting on this stuff. I have tried several different brands of RG-6 quad shield connectors and most of them work...but they are a massive struggle to get on and fully seated. It took me less than 10 seconds to install one of these TrueCable F connectors on a test piece of RG-6 quad shield cable...versus a full hour (plus a lot of swearing) for the Belden RG-6 connectors I have been using up until now. The finished product (after compression) was every bit as good as the Belding connectors provide.So yes...they definitely work...and very easily on RG-6 quad shield cable. HOWEVER - they are also SUPER EXPENSIVE (more than $1.00 each - which is 3 times more expensive than the Belding and most other brands of F connectors). These TrueCable connectors are definitely worth a premium price if you use RG-6 quad shield cable but I also think that $1.00 + each is an excessive price...with 50-60 cents each being far more reasonable. Maybe my review will result in a much needed price reduction. If the price had been in that 50-60 cents each range my rating would have been a 5.
