Looks like it was on a dusty shelf for decades and belt is a little cracked but it works.

Two factory splices in the belt made my tablesaw motor bounce and gave inconsistent speeds to the blade making it impossible to use correctly. I'm sure one splice would have been bad, two is crazy on a 16" beltTotal garbage
