Does not seem to engage properly and lost multiple fish

This product is great for shooting rocky or sandy bottom bodies of water. The hiccup comes when you are shooting muddy waters. The mud gets caked in the space between the barbs and can cause a failure of keeping the barbs locked in place. The barbs then rotate when pulling the fish up and you lose the fish. This product is great for sand and rock, and in those cases it’s great!

These tips are a game changer. I was sick of the common ones coming loose and the fish getting away. My first trip I shot my personal record 23lb 4oz carp and it held like a champ! Super easy to release the barb too.
