The fit is a little tight but I now can move my mobile 2m radio between house and car on a whim or a schedule. This is the correct supply-side connector to go from the power source to connect the typical mobile amateur radio.

These are a little expensive for the number you get, about a dollar a set. No Directions on putting the metal connections into the housing. DX Engineering or Powerwerx might be a much better source for these.
