Others have also mentioned that you have to source your own power cable. They also say no instructions. If you know what you are doing the PCB has screen printing that explains most of what you need. Does not specify power need on board. Iām using a spare 12V 3A adapter I already had lying around. As for audio quality it seems fine to me. Seems no different than the non-tube amp I use on another of my systems.

The tube preamp filter works great. You will need to buy a 12v 2a adapter to properly operate it. Tubes were 6k4. Placed after Dac for Blu-ray player for cd music.

Using this somehow makes the audio quieter. With no amp i have to set the hifi volume to 30 to hear audio, with this it needs to be at 36 and has a horrible buzz.

Just like the title says. How do I plug it in? What do I plug it in with? What do the three switch positions do? I found "IN" and "OUT" behind two sets of red/white RCA jacks and nothing else. No manual. No link to a manual. No diagram.

Excellent pre-amp. this comes fully assembled the sound is very good but can be improved with a tube upgrade. This unit can run off a DC or AC power adapter. The little switch on the left slightly increases the mids and highs to 2 different levels.
