Got a special price for my size. I bought these boots for leaving them at stable. Definitely not my regular boots for lessons. There is defects on the leather, scratches on metal pieces, ultra cheap insoles, too tight laces that need to be changed… stay away from this model. Hope that other Tuffrider boots are less trashy.

The leather was kind of cheap looking but I liked they style and the way they fit so I was planning to keep them. The first time I wore them one zipper split open (and I didn't buy these as tight as I normally do because I was able to get a better price on regular calf vs. slim). Upon further inspection, I saw that the zipper was not sewn closed at the bottom of the boot, so even though I could get the zipper back together it kept splitting open as soon as I walked a few feet. I've been wearing the Tuffrider Belmont dress boots for the last 15+ months as my schooling boots and they've been holding up great, so I either got really lucky with those or really unlucky with this pair of Tuffrider boots.

I’m 5’10” so I need the extra tall boots. These boots are great! They are tall enough, the leather is soft and has a nice look. Highly recommend!

Great boot for the price. I rode in them right away, the zipper does dig in a little but that’s typical for any new boot. Do I expect these to last a long time? No. But they actually look really good! I got several compliments. You can definitely show I’m these!

The leather on these are extremely thin, probably good for breaking in quickly, but I don't see them lasting. The toe box is also at a very strange angle (pointed inward instead of straight ahead). There were also lots of scuff marks on the inside of the boots, they appear like they've been tried on numerous times (though the tread looked new, otherwise I would have assumed they were used). The buttons/accents were also extremely scratched, couldn't even make out the full brand name on one side.The foot fit true to size and the inserts were comfortable. I am around a 14 1/2 in calf and these were pretty baggy in the ankle, may consider getting a slim size if you have smaller calves.All in all upset that I am going to have to pay a $20 restocking fee for such rough-looking boots.

These are decent boots for the price but still not as tall as they should be. The measurements say the size 9 should be 22.5 inches tall on the outside but the leather is flimsy and they fell immediately upon bending my leg. They’re just barely tall enough and it’d be nice if they were a little thicker and stiffer
