Kids loved this game and you can play it inside or out! We played this when we went to go visit family and it was winter out and they said they were bored. We did a tug a war tournament and had the ultimate winner!

I played Tug o Wobble at a friends' place and liked it so much that I had to immediately buy one for myself. It's the most fun outdoor game I've ever played! The element of balance really evens the score, and it's hilarious to watch as well as play. I'm also buying another as a housewarming gift for friends with a big lawn, and I just know they're going to love it.

Rules are simple and my young kids picked it up quickly. My favorite part was when my daughter won against her older brother by playing gently and letting go at the right time when he pulled too hard. Tons of fun and easy to bring to the park or the beach.

After a traumatic tug of war Field Day incident (rope burn!) my then 7-year-old son never wanted to play again, until we discovered Tug-o-Wobble. So far, this game has been an absolute hit at the beach, playgrounds and picnics, but the best part is everyone can play, whether they are 4 or 80. It's a game of strategy, skill, balance and/or strength and is always a delight.

Easily one of the most fun outdoor games I've ever played; a certain improvement on tug-o-war, and an instant classic. As with all truly great games, a skilled player is of course difficult to beat, but with Tug o' Wobble there's absolutely no guarantee they will win, even against a first-timer, which is an extremely important fact to consider for those who have kids. When playing games at the beach or the park, I find it exhausting to continually fake losing to children, and this game makes that almost completely unnecessary. Your kids will beat you at this game, which makes it all the more fun to play with them, and with friends, who you will not so certainly win or lose to.It would seem that you could just make this game from a rope and a brick, but in reality it's not the case. There is a certain tension to the rope as well as a size and stability to the stand, that are balanced perfectly together. Not to mention the fact that a good quality rope today will cost you about as much anyway. Plus, it's light!

My wife and I got this on a whim when we were looking for something to bring to a picnic, and we’ve been surprised at how fun it is and how much our crew enjoys playing with it. Takes a little bit to figure out the technique, but it’s really good for balance, and you can get a good competition between people who are different sizes. (My wife and I have some good games, and I’m ~40 pounds heavier than her.) Well built and fun design with a nice bag for carrying. We grab it most times we head to the park now.

I’m not sure how but every time we play Tug o’Wobble it instantly gets us laughing! It’s a game of finesse over strength so you can pit adults versus kids and it still works. In a matter of seconds the most sternly focused competitive demeanor is replaced with a giggle fest! I always just keep this game in my car now because you’ll never know when you’ll want to bust it out at the park, a BBQ, or even camping. It’s lightweight and the carrying bag makes it easy to strap on your back and bike around town with. Highly recommended!
