I recently bought a Turbo Air grab and go cooler (about 10 months ago).Yesterday, the compressor went out. I called the company, and after a bit of hemming and hawing, they agreed to send me a replacement compressor.... but here is the kicker:1. I have to pay to have it installed.2. I wont get it for a week... which means I will lose substantial sales for the next week - thousands of dollars3. When I asked them to overnight the compressor to me, they said they would charge me $150 to overnight it.keep in mind - they sent me a LEMON. A compressor should last 6-7 years... and yet they are making me eat the cost of this.No - dont buy any products from Turbo Air. There are many other kitchen equipment manufacturers out there that wont treat you like this.
