I added a 2x4 block on the back of it to push it off the wall a little so I could add the wings and I think it turned out great!

This is real wood with live edge, actually under described if I'm being honest(shocj is a good thing). It smells fresh and newly poly sealed which is a great thing. It will never collect dust or stain with that on it. A+ product. Will buy a new design next year if they have 100%.No instructions or screws included which is absolutely no big deal to me as I knew what I was in for. As a beginner person I would suggest having a hot glue gun ready for sticking the beard up in the hole and having a screw driver of some sort to spread the two pieces open to get the fan down in and "clamp" it.Lastly, I added the feet hangers myself which was my doing, so don't be upset when it doesn't come with it. Two little brass picture hanging rings and some jewelry wire is all it took, less than a dollar.

This is not some cheap piece of trash you’ll find at the sporting goods store. This is solid wood with quality craftsmanship. Would recommend this beautiful piece to anyone. I’ve been looking for plaque for quite some time and couldn’t find myself to use one of the cheap ones from the stores. After seeing this on Amazon I was going to make my own similar to this. The time invested and material you can’t make it for the price. The turkey and tracks are laser etched and look great. Not some cheap silkscreen to flake off in a couple years.

I have 24 different fans displayed on various wood plaques that I have purchased over the years and this is the nicest yet. Most of those cost $40 so this is more expensive but it has a rustic vibe that fits my trophy room perfectly. Best part is they’ll even personalize a message on there if you wish… I did. I used another manufacturer that had 6 different colored pictures on theirs but didn’t want duplicate poses so tried this. Not sure if they have different pictures of turkeys that they can engrave on these plaques but I’ll be looking so I have a variety.

This is the best turkey tail feather mount I have ever purchased. It was personally engraved and looks amazing. I haven’t put the tail feather or beard on it yet because I received it three days after I harvest my bird. The tail feather isn’t even dried out yet. I ordered it the day I shot my bird and received it two days later. These guys do an awesome job and I will be buying from them for a long time.

I've been looking at their mounts for years. Wasn't until my old man finally got a turkey that I was able to purchase one. Detail is amazing and the quality is superb. Just needs to come with a screw and anchor to mount on the wall.

First I will say Springbrook Engraving have great customer service. They respond to inquiries in a timely fashion and provide thorough answers. Second, their turkey mount plaque is phenomenal! The reclaimed wooden plaque is awesome! The varnish is well done, the engraving is done with excellent precision. The turkey prints on the bottom and gobbler are excellent touches. Fixing a beard and fan tail to the plaque was easy. Only two screws. Mounting level to a dry wall was easy with the cut provided in back. The product was shipped shortly after purchasing and was received in a well padded box. This mount was worth every penny! Perfect for displaying my first Tom. Will do business with Springbrook Engraving in the future without a doubt.
