I installed this turn signal switch on a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab Heavy Duty HD Long Bed 2 Wheel Drive LS 6.0 Gasoline, everything was fine but I had to modify the bottom hole that is behind the steering wheel and where a drive star bit is needed to remove the screw, and this was because that hole in the piece I received was off set of the hole where it had to align to assemble the screw, it was not difficult, I did it with a drill but it took me a lot of time to make the decision to do it because I did not want to modify the piece until after a couple of times that I installed and removed the new and old parts to compare I realized that it was defective due to that detail of the hole that is off set, after that modification it worked very well without problems but neither I nor anyone else would have to modify anything, it should be assembled easily and without problems and for that reason instead of 5 stars I am going to give it 3 stars, I share photos so you can see and understand the problem and if you want to buy this switch and modifying it to rectify it like I did will probably work fine or just read this review and keep scrolling down the screen and buy another one.

The product works excellently and is offered at a great price. Installation took approximately 30 minutes. It connects with only two screws; however, one screw is slightly challenging to install but not a significant issue. I recommend removing the dash trim to facilitate the installation process. I installed it on a 2005 Chevy Tahoe, and all functions on the turn signal work perfectly. I highly recommend this product.
