I needed a tool to cut a circle into a ebike handle bar to install a mirror. This did the job. You need to be a bit finicky to make sure you get the right cut. I felt the tool slightly grind into the handle bar when I was making the cut. Not perfect but I was able to make a good enough cut to get on the handle bar to get my mirror installed. I’d recommend if you want to save time cutting into a handle bar.

Nice clean cut as opposed to hacking with razor blade or installing grips then smacking handlebar ends with hammer as some recommend.

Works well enough. Doesn’t make completely perfect holes, but the holes it does make are FAR better than I can do by hand. Worthy purchase.
