If your euro bike has Brembo Brakes, then you need this switch... One of the only on the market for Brembo's and it worked flawlessly for my KTM 300XC Supermotard street legal conversion!!

These are the best way to add brake lights to a dirtbike. Works great.

It installed easily and works well. The wire ends I changed to wire taps. A existing fuse positive lead worked for power, the rear brake light wire wire was available and dual filament bulb existed. Now I have a brake light for safety.

Works flawlessly. Simple install. I went ahead and flushed system with fresh fluid to ensure system is perfect.

Ignore everything - product arrived with 90* boot and very short wiring. I ordered this same model before and it was as pictured and in other's pictures/descriptions. Seller contacted Tusk and they made a change, unbeknown to the seller. Hopefully they update the ad. The suggestion was to cut and splice the new short wired unit into the existing wiring, which puts it somewhere behind my calf - no thanks.

Its a little bulky to fit on my front brake lever and was kind of a pain to get on and get pressure. This bolt seemed to need to be on WAY tighter than my stock bolt. My stock bolt has old washers and needs a fair but small amount of torque. This bolt had to be tightened really hard or else it would leak from the washers.. I did get it to work but was more of a pain. Also with the pressure sensor this bolt it WAY more bulky and barely fits without the handle bars touching it. A little to tight of a fit for my liking but whatever.Figured this would be a cheap and easy way to finally get light control from my front brake, (without buying a whole new brake perch and reservoir) But was almost more work than it was worth. With bleeding the brakes, bolt leaking, trying to get pressure. It was all kind of a pain. AND for what? now my front brake makes a light go on?... cool. lol. At least i can now say im safe and that no one can say they didnt see my brake light if i have to stop using only my front brake for some reason, and get hit from behind buy a dumb tailgating driver. Or if i ever got inspected for some reason.

I have a 2007 Moto Guzzi California Vintage, with Brembo brakes and a hydraulic rear brake light switch. A new OEM replacement costs over $60, and has to be special ordered, from only one source. I took a chance that this Tusk item would fit, and it does. I reused the 90 degree boot from my old switch, and also spliced in the stock connector. So, not exactly plug and play; but if you are replacing your own brake light switch, then the adaptation to existing wiring should present no trouble to you.I reused my original copper sealing washers after annealing them. But that doesn't mean the supplied aluminum ones would not have worked too.The light works perfectly, and activates as soon as the pads hit the disk. Yes!Should it fail in service I will update the rating, but for now I am celebrating my savings, and giving it 5 stars. Plus, it came fast (or would have if the USPS had not temporarily misplaced it.) But kudos to Cascade for getting it in the mail pronto.=====================Update: Four years later, still working!
