Overall reliable. One might have to try different areas on or behind the tv to get certain channels to come in — Fox and NBC require two different physical locations for the antenna for example haha. But once found, each signal is steady.

I ditched cable a while back, only needed the basics. All of my tv's are digital so no digital receiver neccesary, just an antenna. This one works great. Screws on easily, well constructed, and the magnetic base is great. Sticks to anything. The reception on my tv looks just as well as the digital cable boxes did, only now I'm not paying an arm and a leg. I highly reccomend this product, even if you just want a back up for when your cable is on the fritz. Will be back for more.

This antenna is TINY! About 6 inches tall, but in my experience it is as good or betterthan a full size set of RCA rabbit ears. It pulls every broadcast station in my area, crystalclear and strong. The magnetic base makes it easy to stick this to a curtain rod and get itout of the way.

I used my old satellite coax cable to mount this on my roof. The magnetic base holds it on the old dish. Despite it's small size, it works very well. I get strong signals from all the major networks including the one that is broadcast from a town 40 miles away. It didn't work very well inside the house, but neither did any other antenna.
