1.Check all cable connections between the soundbar and TV
Settings＞Sound＞Sound OUTPUT＞HDMI/ARC
Tips:Some TVs require further setup,pls try ways 2
2.Check and ensure that the audio settings on the TV are PCM modes
Tips: TV Settings > Home > Settings> Sound > Digital Audio Output > PCM
Make sure there is no other audio port input on your device
Please set the TV to digital audio output and select PCM output
Tips: Follow the above operation, lf there is no sound afterconnecting,enable HDMl-CEC Device Control.
3.You'l also probably have to enable a feature called HDMl-CEC on your TV(This is called somethingdiferent on different TV - Samsung calls it AnyNet+, while Sony calls it Bravia Sync and LG calls it SimpLink).Settings> Display and Sounds > HDMl-CEC Device Control> On
Note: If your TV and soundbar are connected via other cables, remember to unplug the other cables when switching to other connection methods.This soundbar does not compatible with the TV remote and universal remote.
LED display screen
The LED display on the Soundbar displays different letters, indicating different connection modes, and determines the connection mode based on the letters.
Note: The LED display screen remains on during use and cannot be turned off.

This is the worst sound bar I’ve ever owned. 1.sound is terrible so bad the tv speakers are better. 2. It didn’t come with those towers as shown. 3. It shows 5 stars on reviews and my bad I should have read them all,because most the reviews are about binder clips. What a scam Amazon should drop them as a customer!

Jim had a little trouble getting it set up, but I think it's because he's 74 & we've never had a sounbar before. He started setting it up last night & was watching YouTube vids. Gave up last night but got it going today. Something about getting the sound right from the TV?! It's nice & probably younger folks be ok lol

This soundbar was much easier to find a spot for on my tv stand than my old one because it's half the size, but it still puts out a lot of sound. Simple to set up too.

We use binder clips for closing bags of chips and nuts, and these work beautifully. They come in an inexpensive plastic canister with a lid. The size is perfect, and the colors are cute—no complaints. At less than 15 cents each, they're a good value. Recommended.
